Kosovo Olympic Committee launched Advanced Sports Management Course

The Kosovo Olympic Committee has launched the 3rd Advanced Sports Management Course (ASMC 3).

Based on NOC-Kosovo’s Strategic Plan for Human Resource Capacity Building, as a precondition for the strategic management of Olympic Sports Organizations, NOC-Kosovo, in cooperation with the International Olympic Committee (IOC), has so far successfully completed the first and second module of the ASMC.

The attendees of the 3rd ASMC course are 17 representatives of Olympic Sports Federations and NO -Kosovo officials.

The permanent lecturers of the course are: President of NOC Kosovo, Besim Hasani, Acting Secretary General of the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports Iber Alaj and the National Director for the organization of basic courses for sports administrators Elda Gjoka.

The first two days of module 1 of ASMC 3 were held at the Sirius Hotel, while the third day was held online, due to the Ministry of Health’s safeguards against the Covid-19 pandemic.
