The Tunisian National Olympic Committee, focusing on the social mission of sport and convinced of the need to improve the living and training conditions of Elite athletes, in particular in view of the difficult conditions that the country in general and the sports federations in particular are going through, has decided to allocate a monthly scholarship to the female boxers Khouloud Halimi and Mariem Homrani, both candidates for the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games postponed to the summer of 2021.

In this context, the CNOT President Mr. Mehrez Boussayène, welcomed  Khouloud Halimi, in order to assure her of the support and consideration shown by the Committee for her effort to honor Tunisian sport in various international events.

The gesture had a particular and beneficial effect on the two boxers, who expressed their determination to continue fighting for the national flag.
