The Board of Directors of the Egyptian Olympic Committee, headed by President Hisham Hatab, held a ceremony in order to honor the delegation of the Egyptian youth fencing team who took four gold medals in the World Cup recently held in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.

The ceremony was attended by Hisham Hatab, President of the Egyptian Olympic Committee, Engineer Sherif El-Erian, Secretary-General of the Egyptian Olympic Committee, Mr. Abdel Moneim El-Husseini, President of the Fencing Federation and member of the Board of Directors of the Olympic Committee, Mamdouh El-Sheshtawy, Executive Director of the Egyptian Olympic Committee, Counselor Mohamed El-Demerdash, President of Al-Zohour Club and members of the Board of Directors of the Fencing Federation.

Hisham Hatab, President of the Egyptian  Olympic Committee, congratulated the players, the technical staff and the Fencing Federation on these excellent results, which confirm that Egyptian fencing is on the right path towards the Olympic Games “Paris 2024”.
