The Executive Committee of the International Committee of Mediterranean Games held an extraordinary meeting on Monday August 30, during which it was decided not to hold the General Assembly on October 14 in Oran, Algeria, as initially planned, due to current health conditions in Algeria and worldwide, in the framework of the Covid-19 pandemic.

In addition, all the scheduled meetings, as well as the visit of the Coordination Commission of the Mediterranean Games “Oran 2022”, were also canceled.

Regarding the CdM Seminar, if the health situation in Algeria allows, it will be held in person on a date other than the one initially announced, otherwise it will be done online. The final decision will be taken in accordance with the Organizing Committee of Oran in the coming days.
