The “Club of 300” women leaders, part of the diversity program of the French National Olympic and Sports Committee (CNOSF), has launched its 2nd promotion.

Τhe first promotion launched in October 2022 and the 150 winners benefited from gatherings, e-learning sessions and personalized coaching adapted to the needs of each person.

This day also marked the launch of the second promotion of the “Club of 300”, made up of 150 new winners who will be supported until October 2024. The meeting of the two promotions offered the opportunity for the winners to meet and benefit from sharing experience over the first year.

The commitment of the CNOSF is to identify, promote and support 300 women by 2024 so that they can access positions of responsibility. The objective is to enable sports federations and organizations to move towards equality.
