Kyriacos Sofocleous, Cypriot athlete of Beach Handball, and Karla Sitic, Open Water Swimming athlete from Croatia, are the two athletes elected on the ICMG Athletes’ Commission.

Some 150 athletes participated in the elections that were held during the Mediterranean Beach Games of Patras.

Kyriacos Sofocleous obtained 73 votes while Karla Sitic 68. Manolina Constantinou, Beach Volleyball, Cyprus, and Igor Boraska, Rowing, Croatia, were also candidates.

As of today, the composition of the ICMG Athletes’ Commission is as follows:
