More than 1000 volunteers offered their services in the Mediterranean Beach Games of Patras and their contribution to the success of the Games is significance.

With a smile on their faces, they were always willing to help and they provided great services to the Games, something that has been recognized by all countries in the Mediterranean Beach Games of Patras.

In recognition of their contribution to the success of the 2nd Mediterranean Beach Games, the ICMG has decided that, symbolically, a volunteer will award the medals in the final of a sport.

This medal ceremony took place on Friday 24th of August in the final of Water Ski and the volunteers were represented by Mr. Georges Velanas. Through this initiative, the ICMG wishes to express its thanks to all the volunteers who contributed ito the great success of the Mediterranean Beach Games of Patras.
