NOC Spain and Iraq sign a collaboration agreement

Spanish Olympic Committee and National Olympic Committee of Iraq signed a second collaboration agreement to continue with the sports cooperation that was established between both NOCs with the signing of the first agreement.

The objective of this agreement is to promote the progress through the exchange of knowledge and experiences between coaches, athletes and leaders from Spain and Iraq.

The agreement has been signed at the headquarters of the Spanish Olympic Committee by the president of the Spanish Olympic Committee, Alejandro Blanco, and the president of the National Olympic Committee of Iraq, Raad Hammoodi Salman Al-Dulaimi. The Secretary of the Spanish Olympic Committee, Victoria Cabezas, also attended the meeting along with the Secretary General of the National Olympic Committee of Iraq, the ambassador of the Republic of Iraq in Spain, and the first Secretary of the Embassy of the Republic of Iraq in Spain.

During the meeting, the two NOCs re-confirmed their intentions to closely work and collaborate each other in order to develop better sports in both countries.
