The Moroccan National Olympic Committee (CNOM) organized the second high-level coaches’ training module, from November 25 to 27, 2021, in Bouznika. This event comes after a shutdown imposed by the COVID-19 pandemic.

The training aims to give coaches professional and sporting skills to help them devise, manage and provide expertise for training programmes and optimise sporting performances.

This second module involves the participation of 31 coaches with the intervention of 3 international experts in different themes. Among others, the determinants of performance, the quantification of the training load and strategic management.
