This morning in Taranto, at the headquarters of the Taranto 2026 Organising Committee, the joint meeting between the ICMG Coordination Commission for Taranto 2026 and the Organising Committee took place, under the leadership of ICMG Secretary General Iakovos Filippousis and Taranto 2026 Director General Carlo Molfetta.

All major operational sectors related to the organisation of the Games were reviewed, including sports competitions, transport, accommodation, protocol, accreditation, technological systems and overall operations.

These working sessions aim to ensure close monitoring of the preparations for the XX Mediterranean Games Taranto 2026.

A comprehensive progress report will be presented at the end of June to the ICMG Executive Committee, which will take place in Taranto.
