Daniel Dimevski has been elected the new President of the Olympic Committee of North Macedonia. He received 30 votes in the elections and the other candidate, Aleksandra Vojneska Zikov, took two votes.

After his election, the new President said: “We will all work hard to implement the new Olympic program and we will work even harder to bring together all the Olympic and sports organizations in our country, because only together we can reach the high level that the athletes of North Macedonia desire. ”

The ICMG President Amar Addadi and the Secretary General Iakovos Filippousis congratulated the new President Dimenski as well as the Secretary General Sasho Popovski and wished them every success in his future functions.
