The Tunisian Olympic Committee (CNOT) organized a ceremony in honor of the Tunisian swimmer Ayoub Hafnaoui who won two gold medals in the 1500 m. and 800 m. freestyle as well as the silver in the 400m. freestyle, at the World Swimming Championships in Fukuoka, Japan.

The Tunisian Olympic Committee paid tribute to Ayoub Hafnaoui for his career in general and for his latest exploits in particular and awarded the Olympic Champion (2021) and double World Champion (2023) with 100,000 dinars, as a sign of recognition and reward for his efforts.

“Ayoub Hafanoui has made the Tunisian people happy, but also all the Arab and African people and all the countries that may lack means but don’t lack talent” said the CNOT President Mehrez Boussayene.
