The President of the Slovenian National Olympic Committee Franjo Bobinac, visited Paris and signed the  contract on the rental of the space that will host the “Slovenian House” during the Olympic Games “Paris 2024”. The location of the “Slovenian House” is in La Villette park, which is very close to the Olympic Village and which will house the premises of some very prominent Olympic teams, including the French team.

The aim of the “Slovenian House” project is to present globally the Slovenian economy, tourism, agriculture, cuisine, culture, science, and to connect with partners and fans from all over the world during the Olympic Games. At the signing of the agreement, President Bobinac, emphasized the following: “In addition to the traditionally outstanding sports results of our athletes, we will stand alongside the most developed Olympic Committees in the business field, in order to present Slovenia and attract many athletes, businessmen, politicians, media representatives and other guests to the Slovenian House. The Slovenian House will not be far from the Olympic Village, so it will be very easily accessible for our athletes as well.”
