The Olympic Committee of Portugal welcomed two participants  from the ICMG Exchange Programme 2019. This programme was developed by the International Committee of Mediterranean Games, whose ΟCP has been a member since 2017.

Tony Tarraf of the Lebanese Olympic Committee and Inas Hussein of the Egyptian Olympic Committee are the two members of the National Olympic Committees who will spend a week in direct contact with the Portuguese Olympic Committee. During this week they will have meetings with all departments of the CΟP, exchanging experiences that will allow all parties to improve their knowledge on the Olympic Movement.
