The best athletes of the year in Montenegro have been awarded by the National Olympic Committee. The athlete of the year was Draško Brguljan, captain of the national polo team. The title of the best team went to the national women’s handball team and the national men’s polo team.

Boxing athletes Bojana Gojković and Petra Liješević were awarded in the Young Talent category.

The awards ceremony took place without the presence of the public due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The President of the Montenegrin Olympic Committee Dušan Simonović congratulated the athletes.
