The French flag bearers for the Beijing 2022 Games were jointly unveiled on France Télévision, official broadcaster of the Olympic and Paralympic Games. There will be three athletes leading the tricolor delegations for these Winter Games (2 Olympic athletes, 1 Paralympic athlete).

For the next Olympic Games, Tessa Worley and Kévin Rolland have been designated. On the occasion of the Paralympic Games, it is Benjamin Daviet who will proudly carry the French flag.

For the first time, the public was invited to vote to designate two ambassadors per discipline (1 man and 1 woman), from a list of athletes proposed by the winter sports federations. These 26 ambassadors made up the body of electors and also had the possibility, subject to their Olympic selection, of standing as a candidate for the role of flag bearer.
