Interim Algerian NOC President Mohamed Meridja was received by Youth and Sports Minister Sid Ali Khaldi.

Several topics were addressed during the meeting, in particular the biggest upcoming sports events, the Olympic Games Tokyo 2020 and the Mediterranean Games in Oran.

The meeting took place in a good atmosphere which strengthens the relationship between the Youth and Sports Ministry and the Olympic Committee, a relationship that will be characterized by a complementarity in the necessary actions for the benefit of the National Sport Movement and the athletes and it will also promote a climate of serenity and calm.
