Mr. Salah Bouchiha, Secretary General of the National Olympic Committee ofAlgeria submitted, July 31^st, 2014, to the ICMG Secretary General, Mr. Isidoros Kouvelos, at the headquarters of the ICMG in Athens, the candidature file of the city of Oran for the organization of the MediterraneanGames of 2021. Mr. Bouchiha was accompanied by Mr. Rashid Hanifi, “Chargé d’Affaires” of the Embassy of Algeria in Athens.
