The men’s water-polo team of Serbia, already titled in Rio and Tokyo, retained its Olympic title after dominating Croatia in the final (13-10).

Already crowned in Rio in 2016 and three years later in Tokyo, the male Serbian water polo team conserved its title.

The Serbs started the match in a good form and widened the gap in the first period (+ 3), a gap that the Croatian world champions never managed to cover.Serbia becomes the third country to win the Olympic men’s water polo title in three consecutive Olympic Games.

It succeeds Great Britain (1908, 1912, 1920) and Hungary (2000, 2004, 2008).
