As part of Olympic Day 2026, the Kosovo Olympic Committee, through the Olympic Academy, organized a series of sports, educational, and recreational activities in 26 municipalities of Kosovo, engaging around 7’000 participants.

The program, held under the Let’s Move motto, included presentations of various sports, children’s activities, lectures and painting sessions on Olympic values, football tournaments, running events, outdoor activities, hiking, and sailing. Throughout one week, events also promoted the connection between sport, education, and environmental protection.

Activities were organized in cooperation with sports federations, educational institutions, and other local partners, aiming to encourage active participation from youth and communities in sport.

Through these nationwide activities, Olympic Day 2026 promoted sport, active living, and the Olympic values of friendship, respect, and excellence, bringing together communities from all regions of Kosovo in the spirit of the Olympic Movement.
