NOC-Kosovo hosted a lecture providing general anti-doping knowledge to 2020 Olympic Hope Scholarship recipients.

The lecturer was NOC-Kosovo’s anti-doping coordinator, Gezim Murseli, also a member of the NOC-Kosovo Medical Commission. The lecture was held under the motto “Clean Sports”.

Alongside the athletes, the lecture was also attended by coaches and representatives of the federations.

The participants were welcomed by the NOC-Kosovo President, Besim Hasani, who emphasized the importance of attending such lectures on measures to prevent the use of doping.

The lecture, organized at the Hotel Sirius in Prishtina, was held in the framework of raising the awareness of Kosovo athletes about preventive anti-doping measures.

Starting next year, following the recommendation of the World Anti-Doping Organization (WADA), NOC-Kosovo will operate the Kosovo Anti-Doping Agency.
