Kosovo and Albania signed the Cooperation Agreement for the organization of the 2030 Mediterranean Games

The Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, and the Prime Minister of the Republic of Albania, Edi Rama, signed a Cooperation Agreement between Kosovo and Albania for the organization of the 2030 Mediterranean Games.

This agreement at the government headquarters in Prishtina, enables the organization of the sport of sailing in Durrës, Albania, and at the same time formalizes Durrës as one of the host cities of the 2030 Mediterranean Games.

The Prishtina 2030 Mediterranean Games will be the largest sporting event in the history of Kosovo, with more than 3500 athletes from the 26 National Olympic Committees, members of the International Committee of Mediterranean Games.
