Spanish NOC President Alejandro Blanco received the Spanish Royal Skating Federation’s “Golden Plaque” from Federation President Carmelo Paniagua (right). This honour was presented at the Federation’s 6th annual gala, held at the NOC headquarters in Madrid.

Awards were presented to athletes, referees, judges, clubs, federation members and other entities linked to skating.

The two presidents presented 53 medals and one Olympic pin to the athletes who had excelled in 2019 in the various disciplines.
