The Congress proceedings held in the University of Palermo and involved more than 1,500 participants in the workshops under the main theme: “Public Health for the Future of the Country, innovation, alliances and institutional synergies for prevention.”

Davide Tizzano was invited for his capacity as the President of the International Committee of Mediterranean Games and as an expert on international multidisciplinary sporting events and in particular on the policies of prevention and control of health emergencies before and during major sporting events.
