DOSB’s International Expert Training “Sport for Development” (S4D) was hosted for the first time in Skopje at the beginning of September.
This one-week sport pedagogical training brought together 25 trainers from 10 countries for further training and exchange on the method of “Sport for Development”. The participants came from diverse backgrounds, many from the Western Balkan region and Germany, but also from African and South American countries.
The event was held in the context of marking 30 years of German-Macedonian cooperation. The German Olympic Sports Confederation (DOSB) and the Olympic Committee of North Macedonia (NOC MKD) organised the training in partnership with the German Development Cooperation (GIZ).
