The President of the European Olympic Committees Spyros Capralos and Secretary General Raffaele Pagnozzi met with the representatives of the Spanish Olympic Committee (COE) to discuss CONPaaS project in Madrid.
COE President Alejandro Blanco opened the meeting and together with COE Secretary General Victoria Cabezas and COE Director of New Technologies Department Manuel Pastrana presented the functionalities and advances of this new digital platform.
CONPaas is a unified cloud management system that will offer the ENOCs a range of advanced IT tools and services, from data management, events accreditation and document filing to the creation of an Olympic digital library.
22 countries are currently part of the project: Andorra, Argentina, Brazil, Cape Verde, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, El Salvador, Spain, Guatemala, Equatorial Guinea, Honduras, Mexico, Mozambique, Panama, Paraguay, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic, Uruguay and Venezuela.
