During the press conference at the end of the ICMG Executive Committee meeting, held in Oran, the President of the International Committee of the Mediterranean Games Davide Tizzano underlined the “significant progress” of the preparations for the Mediterranean Games in all levels.

“I am really happy with the progress of the preparations for the next Mediterranean Games. I am even more happy after the conclusions of the work meetings that we had with the local Organizing Committee. I am also satisfied with the communion born with our Algerian friends”, noticed the Italian President.

The ICMG President particularly appreciated “the commitment of the Algerian public authorities” in the success of the next edition of the Mediterranean Games, believing that such a commitment is reflected in the major works carried for  “modern and high level infrastructures”.

All this allowed Davide Tizzano to affirm “that we are on the right track to make a very good edition of the Mediterranean Games”.
