The last mission of the ICMG Coordination Commission was held on the 14^th and 15^th of June in Mersin. During the meetings the members of the Coordination Commission met with the organizers and discussed various issues of importance, such as accommodation and catering, opening and closing ceremonies, transportation, volunteers, cultural programme, etc.  At the end of the meetings the President of the Commission expressed his great satisfaction for the work done by the organizers since his last visit.
