The French National Olympic and Sports Committee (CNOSF), alongside the French Paralympic and Sports Committee (CPSF), the National Sports Agency (ANS), and the Ministry of Sports, Youth and Community Life, are partnering with the Mercato Foundation. This collaboration aims to strengthen professional transition and post-career pathways, a major challenge for athletes, in which the Agency and the Ministry already provide support through targeted assistance.

In consultation with the CNOSF High-Level Athletes’ Commission (CAHN), this initiative is part of the continuation of the “Ambition Bleue” project led by the ANS and the Ministry. Its objective is to offer each athlete a clear, demanding, humane, and sustainable career transition pathway, fully integrated into their sporting career.

The CNOSF, CPSF, ANS, and the Ministry have chosen to partner with the Mercato Foundation to pool their efforts in supporting yesterday’s champions in becoming tomorrow’s talents. The Mercato Foundation, operating under the auspices of the Fondation du Sport Français, builds concrete bridges between elite sport and the professional world.

Athletes will benefit from structured and personalized support provided by the Mercato Foundation, consisting of more than twenty hours fully dedicated to their career transition and entirely funded by the Foundation.
