The President of the Hellenic Olympic Committee, Isidoros Kouvelos, met in Belgrade with the President of the Serbian Olympic Committee and former international basketball player, Dejan Tomašević.
In the presence of the Secretary General of the Serbian Olympic Committee, Damir Štajner, discussions focused on strengthening cooperation between the two National Olympic Committees, initiatives they could undertake jointly within the Olympic Movement, and the importance of sport in promoting Olympic values.
Isidoros Kouvelos was in Belgrade for the national water polo team’s matches during the European Championships.
