President of the Olympic Committee of North Macedonia Daniel Dimevski has met with President of Albanian Olympic Committee Fidel Ylli in Tirana, Albania.

The two-day visit saw the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to reinforce the cooperation between the two National Olympic Committees (NOCs).

During this visit, President Daniel Dimevski was received by President Fidel Ylli, Ministry of Education and Sports Mrs Ogerta Manastirliu, Ministry for Youth and Children Mrs Bora Muzhaqi, Director of the Albanian Development Fund Mr Dritan Agolli as well as from Prime Minister Mr Edi Rama.

On the second day of the visit, President Dimevski took part in an “Olympic Day” activity, which was organized by the Albanian National Olympic Committee to develop sports in the rural area of Thumane, an area that was rebuilt after the earthquake in 2019, where many young people showed their desire to participate in the massive Project Sports Teams in Schools.
