The sixth generation of the Advanced Sports Management Course (ASMC 6) officially began in Kosovo, marking the start of an exciting journey to further develop knowledge and skills in the field of sports management.

This internationally recognized program is supported by the Olympic Solidarity of the International Olympic Committee and is organized by the Kosovo Olympic Committee and the Kosovo Olympic Academy.

The first module featured a mix of local and international lecturers, including:

Besim Aliti – Secretary General of the Kosovo Olympic Committee
Ibër Alaj – Director of ASMC 5
Fitim Arifi – Education Coordinator at the Olympic Academy
Matjazh Pečovnik – Secretary General of the European University Sports Association (EUSA)

This year, 15 participants from various national sports federations are taking part in the course. They were warmly welcomed and wished success by the President of the Kosovo Olympic Committee, Mr. Ismet Krasniqi.

In this module, participants explored topics such as the operating environment and good governance in sports organizations.
