The Croatian Olympic Committee (COC) and the Croatian Psychological Chamber (CPC) signed a cooperation agreement at the headquarters of the National Olympic Committee in Zagreb, followed by a press conference.

“For us, this is a very important moment, because sport is unimaginable without science—namely, without medical and psychological support. From practice, we know that today there is not a single serious club or federation that does not include psychologists, and through this agreement we will provide a legal framework for future comprehensive cooperation. The key role will be played by our Center for Research and Development of Elite Sports Preparation, and Professor Jukić, who will oversee the implementation aspects of the agreement,” emphasized President Zlatko Mateša

The signing of the agreement at the COC was attended by CPC CPC President Andreja Bogdan and Secretary Antun Pretković; CPC Advisor for Professional Affairs Teuta Barušić; President of the Professional Section for Sport and Exercise Psychology Vedrana Radić Brajnov; member of the Professional Section for Sport and Exercise Psychology Renata Barić, who is also a full professor at the Faculty of Kinesiology in Zagreb; and President of the Commission for the Recognition of Specializations in the Field of Sport Psychology, Luka Škrinjarić.
