The countdown to the opening of the Mediterranean Beach Games “Heraklion 2023” has started with a remarkable celebration event in the center of the city of Heraklion.

The two mascots of the Games, the Minotaur and Ariadne, were present at the party inviting the people to attend this great sporting event to be held in Crete from September 9 to 16.

Children and adults had fun with the two mascots in a festive and musical atmosphere, and will meet again in the coming days on the sporting venues.
