The first Chef de Mission Seminar for the Mediterranean Games 2013 (20-30 June 2013) took place in Mersin, Turkiye. 

Representatives from 24 Mediterranean Olympic Committees attended the works of the Seminar during which the organizers distributed Manuals containing all the necessary information referring to the organization of the forthcoming Games. All questions raised at the end were answered satisfactorily.

On the occasion of the Seminar, the representatives were given the opportunity to visit the sports venues of the Games.

During the Seminar the delegations together with the ICMG President participated in a tree-planting event.

A Press Conference was held after the conclusion of the Seminar.
