The newly elected International Olympic Committee’s member and member of the General Assembly of the International Committee of the Mediterranean Games Kolinda Grabar Kitarović visited the Croatian Olympic Committee headquarters following an invitation of the Croatian Olympic Committee’s President Zlatko Mateša.
The former Croatian President was informed about the way of functioning of the COC and its relations with the International Olympic Committee .
The first Croatian female member of the IOC was mostly interested in COC’s joint projects with the IOC, and the Croatian Olympic Committee’s President Mateša promised that Croatian Olympic Committee’s staff service will prepare written materials showing the concrete cooperation with the International Olympic Committee, especially with its Olympic Solidarity.
During her first visit to the Croatian Olympic Committee, the IOC member Kolinda Grabar Kitarović was accompanied by Tomislav Družak, State Secretary for Sports.
