Almost 90 new hotels will be established in Oran until the Mediterranean Games of 2021 said the local director of tourism. The local commission of tourism plans to receive 90 hotel projects by June 2021 in the framework of the Mediterranean Games, told Abbès Kaim Benamar.

With a total of 12,572 beds, these hotel establishments of different categories should allow the creation of 4,029 direct jobs. Twelve hotels with a total capacity of 2,000 beds which should be received during the first half of this year, allowing the creation of 400 direct jobs, he added.

These projects are part of an investment program that includes 100 projects with 16,676 beds and contributing to the creation of 6,454 jobs, according to the local director of tourism.
