The 19th edition of the Mediterranean Games that will held in Oran in 2021 will be an opportunity for participants from the Mediterranean countries in this sport event to discover the face of the new Algeria with peace and prosperity, said the Minister of Communication, Hassane Rabehi, spokesman of the Algerian Government.

The minister assured that the Algerian government will use all its forces so the city of Oran be ready to accommodate this important Mediterranean sport event. The Minister of Youth and Sports, Abderraouf Bernaoui, after carrying out an inspection at the sports complex and the Mediterranean village which are under construction, reiterated his satisfaction with the evolution of these two important sites, as well as all other sports facilities that are the subject of extensive rehabilitation and the State provides significant financial resources.
