The Moroccan National Olympic Committee (CNOM) organised an event, bringing together athletes receiving Olympic scholarships and their technical staff as part of the scholarship programme aimed at preparing athletes for the Los Angeles 2028 Olympic Games.

The two-day programme also featured several workshops and support activities. Participants took part in an XLAB workshop dedicated to performance optimisation, a presentation of the CNOM’s mobile application for athlete monitoring, a communication workshop and medical consultations.

Specific discussions also provided an opportunity to further develop the support offered to scholarship recipients, taking into account their individual needs and the different stages of their preparation.

As of today, the programme includes 31 scholarship recipients from twelve Moroccan Royal Sports Federations.

It should be recalled that the CNOM’s Olympic scholarship programme receives financial support from the International Olympic Committee (IOC), through the Olympic Solidarity programmes, as well as from the ministry responsible for sport, under the agreement concerning the implementation of the multi-year programme for the preparation and participation of athletes in international sporting events for the 2019–2028 period.
