The Real Casino de Madrid hosted the Les Valeurs du Monde Unis awards ceremony, the highlight of the closing gala of the World Summit on Universal Values. Among the award recipients was Alejandro Blanco, President of the Spanish Olympic Committee (COE), who was recognised for his humanistic leadership and contribution to Sports Diplomacy.

Presided over by Emir Lahouari Benarba Ben Mahiedinne Al Hassani, the evening marked the proclamation of International Humanist Concord Day, an initiative promoted by the organisation. It followed meetings that began the previous day at the Spanish Olympic Committee, where representatives from sport, academia, communications, healthcare and institutions gathered for a day dedicated to harmony, humanism and peaceful coexistence.
