The Egyptian Olympic Committee has recently taken major steps to strengthen the integrity of sport by adopting rules aligned with the Olympic Movement Code on the Prevention of the Manipulation of Competitions.

The Board of Directors of the Egyptian Olympic Committee officially approved the new rules, and Mohamed Abdelalim from the Egypt NOC stated that the Code will be circulated to all National Sports Federations  for adoption by their boards. He also confirmed plans to create a dedicated reporting page on the official NOC website for cases of competition manipulation, in compliance with the Code.

These moves underscore Egypt’s commitment to upholding fairness and transparency in sport.
