The Tunisian National Olympic Committee (CNOT) announced the appointment of its President and International Olympic Committee (IOC) member, Mr. Mehrez Boussayene, as a member of the Disciplinary Commission for the Milano Cortina 2026 Winter Olympic Games.

The appointment of the ICMG 1st Vice President acting as President, decided by the IOC President Kirsty Coventry on the eve of the official opening of the Games, illustrates the renewed confidence placed in the expertise, integrity, and commitment of Mr. Boussayene at the highest level of the Olympic Movement.

Chaired by Mr. Denis Oswald, the Disciplinary Commission is responsible for examining and ruling, on a case-by-case basis, any potential violations of the Olympic Charter and the regulations in force during the Games.
