The 6th session of the General Assembly of the Olympic Committee of Bosnia and Herzegovina (OKBiH) was held at the Committee’s headquarters.
During the session, Marijan Kvesić and Milanko Mučibabić decided not to run for a new term. Following the proposal of the current President, Izet Rađo, they were promoted to Honorary Presidents with the unanimous approval of the Executive Committee and the verification of the General Assembly. Kvesić and Mučibabić are the first Honorary Presidents in the history of OKBiH.
The General Assembly was followed by the Electoral Assembly for the new four-year cycle (2024–2028). Izet Rađo, Vico Zeljković, and Davor Komšić elected to the Presidency of the Olympic Committee of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The following members of the OKBiH elected to the Executive Committee:
Tanja Karišik-Košarac, Hamza Alić, Tomislav Cvitanušić, Kornelija Leko, Franjo Zadro, Nikola Stanković, Suad Kaknjo, Slobodan Grahovac, Nihad Selimović, Ivan Brkić.
The ICMG President Davide Tizzano and the Secretary General Iakovos Filippousis sent a congratulatory letter to the new Presidents.
