The ICMG President Davide Tizzano together with the Secretary General Iakovos Filippousis had an introductory meeting with the new President of the Organizing Committee of the Mediterranean Games “Taranto 2026” Massimo Ferrarese.
They met one day before the ICMG Executive Committee meeting in Tirana, Albania, and the new President was accompanied by the Mayor of Taranto Rinaldo Melucci and other members of the Organizing Committee.
The President of the ICMG Taranto 2026 Coordination Commission, Stavri Bello, along with the member of the Executive Committee, Mr. Julian Pace Bonello, and the President of the ICMG Ethics & Juridical Commission, Francesco Purromuto, also participated in the gathering.
In a very friendly atmosphere, the both sides discussed and agreed on the next steps for the successful organization of the Taranto 2026 Mediterranean Games.
