The Moroccan National Olympic Committee (CNOM) as part of the strategy to support the national sports movement, organized a seminar on the theme: “Sports Performance”, in favor of the Royal Moroccan Federations.

The speakers of the seminar were:

– Mr. Frédéric SADYS, Director of the State Diploma in Youth, Popular Education and Sport and the Executive Master High Performance Coach at INSEP.

– Mr. Thierry BLANCON, Professor at INSEP, physical trainer and national athletics coach.

The aim of the seminar was to provide an in-depth understanding of the key elements that influence sporting performance and to explore strategies to optimize this performance and to discuss the necessary support for the Moroccan sporting elite.
