The ICMG President decided to cancel the visit of the ICMG Coordination Commission for the monitoring of the preparations for the organization of the Volos 2013 Mediterranean Games. This visit was scheduled to take place from 8 to 10 March and its cancellation was mainly motivated by the excessive delay in the official appointment and installation of the Organizing committee and the operational structure. It should be reminded that the city of Volos was elected Host City by the ICMG General Assembly in October 2007.
